Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to this website and to the social media and digital marketing services offered by Warring Digital, operated by Christopher Warring, an individual based in Raleigh, North Carolina ("Warring Digital," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website, booking a call, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or copy or redistribute its content without written permission.
Booking a call or sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship. That begins when a package or project is agreed and paid for.
2. Services
We provide social media and digital marketing services, including strategy, content creation, account management, paid advertising management, funnel setup, and optimization, as monthly packages or as individual projects.
The package description, proposal, or written agreement in place when you purchase sets out what is included
Work outside that scope is quoted separately. This includes professional photography, large-scale video production, actors or models, travel, major graphic design projects, and full website rebuilds
If you sign a separate written agreement with us, that agreement controls wherever it differs from these Terms
We provide services as an independent contractor, not as your employee, partner, or agent
3. Client Responsibilities
So that we can do the work, you agree to:
Give timely access to the accounts, tools, brand materials, and information the work requires
Review and approve content and answer questions within a reasonable time
Make sure you have the rights to any materials you supply, and that your products, offers, and claims comply with the law
Follow the terms and policies of the platforms your accounts run on
Delays in access, materials, or approvals on your side may push back delivery dates.
4. Fees, Billing, and Ad Spend
Package prices are shown on the Packages page. Fees are billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on the option you choose
Packages continue, and are billed each period, until cancelled as described below
Advertising spend is separate from our fees. You pay it directly to the advertising platform, and we cannot refund it
Project work is billed as set out in the quote or proposal
If a payment is late or fails, we may pause work until it is resolved
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Either you or we may cancel a package with 30 days' written notice, sent by email. Work and billing continue through the notice period
Fees for work already completed, or for a period already delivered, are not refunded
If you cancel an annual plan early, the months delivered through the end of the notice period are charged at the standard monthly rate and any remaining balance is refunded
We may suspend or end services immediately if you breach these Terms, do not pay, or ask us to do something unlawful or against a platform's rules
6. Intellectual Property
This website, including its text, design, graphics, and logos, belongs to Warring Digital and may not be copied or reused without written permission
You keep ownership of your brand, your accounts, and any materials you give us. You give us permission to use them to carry out the services
Once you have paid in full, you own the final content we create for you. Until then it remains ours
Our templates, processes, and tools remain ours
Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may show the work we create for you, and describe its results in general terms, in our portfolio and marketing
7. No Guarantee of Results
We work to improve your results, but we cannot promise specific outcomes such as follower counts, reach, engagement, leads, or sales. Results depend on many things outside our control, including your products, pricing, budget, and market, and changes made by social media and advertising platforms. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warring Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from the use of this website or our services. This includes losses caused by third-party platforms, such as account restrictions, ad disapprovals, outages, and policy or algorithm changes.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
